is a french DJ, events promoter, producer
and composer of electronic music.
Living in Paris, France,
Jeff Mk-Ultra
has shared his DJ sets with all the greatest artists of
the international trance psychedelic scene
in Europe and North America.
He is now playing a melodic fullon psytrance
and chill-out/psybient music, with full of groovy and trippy sounds.
His first album, ULTRAWAVES, composed with his friend DJ ZEN,
has been released on 2021 december 31st.
Jeff MK-Ultra is now working on his second album.
(Will be released on 2023 December)

DJ Jeff Mk Ultra

is known to be one of the first goa-trance pioneers in France and Canada.
His energy on the dance-floors all over the world while playing his sets is still legendary until now.

Trance is part of his mind and he naturally knows how to share a trance state music experience.
He released many records back in the days, starting in 1994
with "Escape From Anywhere" on Step 2 House Records,
wrote legendary goa-trance anthems with Virtuart under the moniker Underhead,
released on Coyote Records, AUM Records, etc.

DJ St Pierre was also in Paris at the birth of the goa-trance scene and they played
together many times at so many parties and festivals.
St-Pierre is now a mastering engineer and sound designer.

He met with DJ Zen (aka Astral Waves) in 1997 in Canada and since then
their career path followed each other.
It's in between two lock-downs at the beginning of 2021 that they decided
to make some music together, starting at Jeff's Yoga Studio in Paris and
finalized at distance, thanks to internet.

After a few months this album was born from Mk ULTRA
main arrangements and compositions and Astral WAVES
concept in rhythm.
So they naturally named themselves "Ultra Waves".

is a founding father of the French and Canadian goa trance scenes,
organizing parties and DJing since the early 90s.

He has released his music under his pseudonym MK-Ultra
and as part of the duo Underhead & EA 1729 with his friend Virtuart.
